Stormtroopers are the infantry of the Galactic Empire — in their distinctive white armor one of the most iconic figures in film history. They are known for their discipline, but also for their inability to hit targets.

Origins

The first Stormtroopers were Clone Troopers — genetically engineered to be the best warriors. After the Clone Wars, the clone program was discontinued and replaced by recruited humans.

The Armor

Stormtrooper armor offers minimal protection against blaster fire — but it protects against the elements and is effective as a psychological deterrent.

The First Order

After the fall of the Empire, the First Order arose from the imperial remnants — with a new generation of Stormtroopers raised from birth for the cause.
