Definition

The Daughter of Mortis embodies the light side of the Force in the Mortis arc from The Clone Wars. She is part of the mystical Mortis family alongside the Father and the Son.

Connection to Ahsoka

When Ahsoka Tano dies on Mortis, the Daughter transfers her life essence into her. That creates the deep connection between Ahsoka and Morai, the convor-like companion who later appears as a sign of the Daughter.

Role in the balance

The Daughter represents selflessness, healing and preservation. Her death weakens the light and makes the balance of the Force feel fragile.
