Force User

Definition

A Force user is someone who can actively sense, channel or train with the Force. Not every Force-sensitive person becomes a Jedi or Sith.

Categories

Known groups include Jedi, Sith, Inquisitors, Nightsisters, Knights of Ren and local Force traditions. Some characters remain deliberately independent.

Difference from Force-sensitive

Force-sensitive describes potential. Force user describes use. Leia Organa is Force-sensitive for a long time but becomes visibly active as a Force user only later.

Why it matters

Star Wars treats Force talent not only as a superpower but as responsibility. Training, worldview and relationships decide whether potential becomes protection, control or destruction.
