Macht-Begriff
Force sensitivity
Reading time: 5 min
Definition
Force sensitivity is the ability to perceive and actively use the Force. It can be strong, subtle, trained or completely unrecognized.
Training
Jedi and Sith shape this gift through teaching, discipline and ideology. Without training it often appears as instinct, reflexes, visions or unusual luck.
Why it matters
The term helps explain characters such as Rey, Grogu, Leia or Finn: not every Force-sensitive person is automatically a Jedi or Sith.
