Force healing

Definition

Force healing transfers life energy from the user to another person, closing wounds or neutralising poison. It is treated as a core light-side discipline.

How it works

• Touch: a hand on the wound, a quiet breath, focus on the connection in the Force.
• Cost: the healer loses their own energy — for grave wounds the cost can be a life.
• Transfer variant: as Ben Solo does for Rey, giving his full life force.
