Peridea

Definition

Peridea is a world in a neighboring galaxy that purrgil star whales can reach. In Ahsoka it is Grand Admiral Thrawn’s last hiding place after the events of Rebels.

Importance

Peridea connects Sabine Wren, Ahsoka Tano and Ezra Bridger with Thrawn’s return plan. The world explains why Thrawn was missing for so long and sets the stage for Nightsister magic to reappear.

Why it matters

Peridea makes clear that Ahsoka is more than a Rebels sequel: it opens a narrative space outside the known galaxy and sets up future films and series around Thrawn and Ezra.
