Niman (Form VI)

Definition

Niman combines solid blade work with Force techniques such as pushes and pulls. It is a balanced all-rounder and the default for many Jedi diplomats in the prequel era.

Effect

Niman is nowhere extreme but solid everywhere. Against highly specialized masters it lacks a decisive advantage.

Relevance to the saga

Temple instructor Cin Drallig and many Jedi on Geonosis use Niman principles, visible in Episode II and across The Clone Wars.
