The Father, Son and Daughter

Definition

The Mortis family is made up of three very old Force beings: the Father (balance), the Son (dark side) and the Daughter (light side).

Role in the saga

Anakin meets the family in the Mortis arc of The Clone Wars. The Father recognizes him as the Chosen One while warning him about his inner conflict.

Why it is interesting

The three beings show how Star Wars treats the Force not just as energy but as personality. They are the mythological depth behind “light vs. dark”.
