Clone Wars Timeline
Reading time: 5 min
Definition
The Clone Wars officially run from 22 BBY (Battle of Geonosis) to 19 BBY (Order 66) — roughly three years.
What to watch where
Start: Episode II. Middle: The Clone Wars (all 7 seasons, optionally + Tales of the Jedi). End: Episode III + Clone Wars final arc + the opening of Bad Batch.
Why it matters
It’s the biggest political drama in the saga. The war that turns the Republic into an Empire is a Sith plan — not an accident.
