Baby Yoda (Grogu) explained

Definition

“Baby Yoda” is actually Grogu. The species is never officially named, but he is the same kind as Yoda and Yaddle.

History

Grogu trained in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, went into hiding after Order 66 and resurfaced 41 years later in The Mandalorian.

Force ability

Grogu can absorb Force lightning, lift objects and trigger old Padawan memories — a very strong Force user for his age.
