Overview

Tatooine is a harsh desert planet in the Outer Rim, home to moisture farmers, smugglers, and the notorious Hutt Clan. It is the birthplace of both Anakin and Luke Skywalker.

Geography

The twin suns of Tatoo I and Tatoo II create extreme temperatures. Most inhabitants live in underground homes or moisture farms that collect water from the air.

Mos Eisley Spaceport

The most notorious spaceport in the galaxy, where Han Solo famously said “She’s the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy.”

A small settlement where Luke Skywalker grew up as a moisture farmer.

Home to Anakin’s Podrace beginnings and the infamous Podrace that would change his fate.
